Occidental Cala Vinas Hotel Cala Vinas , Cala Vinas (Mallorca)

The hotel room was a bit of a surprise as it looked different from the pictures, but it was okay, clean with a sea view. It felt a bit like being in a zoo at times due to constant visitors passing by. The service was excellent with very attentive staff offering various amenities such as car hire, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was slightly secluded but not too far from Magaluf, offering a beautiful setting with a sea view, although privacy could be better. The dining experience was satisfying, although the setup was a bit confusing at times. The facilities provided were good, although there were some minor drawbacks.

The hotel offers stunning views and a lovely beachfront location, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The rooms are clean and basic with daily servicing, but our bed wasn't ready upon arrival. The service was exceptional, including early check-in assistance and help finding a pharmacy open on a Sunday evening. The location is beautiful, just a short walk from the busy area of Magaluf, though the presence of sewerage chimneys affected the humidity. The dining options were varied but could be a bit confusing, and we preferred the poolside snacks. The facilities were convenient, offering services like car hire and laundry.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but I had a disappointing experience with the hotel's shower room policy. The service was great overall, although I encountered some rudeness. The location was perfect, especially for families with kids. The dining options, while adequate, lacked variety. However, the facilities were enjoyable, with two swimming pools and close proximity to the beach.
